Willie Snead among 6 Texans workouts

Willie Snead was a former New Orleans Saints and Baltimore Ravens player, as well as a Las Vegas Raiders and Carolina Panthers receiver for the Houston Texans on Tuesday.

Chester Rogers, a former Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts wideout, was also a part of the Texans.

Houston trained D.J. Houston, a former New York Jets receiving. Montgomery, who caught three passes for 36 yards in three games last season.

Austin Trammell, a former Rice receiver, was also trained by the Texans. He played two games last year for Atlanta Falcons and had seven special team snaps.

The Texans worked with former Raiders tight end Daniel Helm and San Francisco 49ers tightend, as the Texans continue their rehabilitation from Antony Auclair’s knee injury.

The Texans released Kevin Hogan, a quarterback. They also hired Kurt Benkert (ex-Atlanta Falcons and Green Bay Packers) as their quarterback.
