This child bought 51 boxes of SpongeBob Popsicles on his mom’s card

A funny story that went viral online at the same time the SpongeBob Cult was appearing on TikTok came around the same period.

Saturday, May 9th CNN reported that a 4-year-old boy bought 51 boxes, of SpongeBob Popsicles on his mom’s Amazon Prime account without telling her.

Noah Ruiz spent $2,618 of his mother’s money on 918 of the popular ice lollies whilst he was supposed to be using his mom’s laptop for at home learning.

Unfortunately, Amazon wouldn’t take the ice pops back because they came from a third-party vendor.

So, a friend started a GoFundMe for her, and in just 24 hours, the GoFundMe had paid off the total amount.

But sadly, Noah didn’t get to keep all the popsicles because they didn’t have enough freezer space for the 918 lollies so they all melted within two days.
