TEEN Mom 2 star Javi Marroquin’s baby mama Lauren Comeau filed a restraining order against him after she felt “threatened” by her ex refusing to leave her home.

The restraining order stemmed from the same incident in July when Javi, 28, called police on Lauren, 29, for “hitting him,” though she was never charged for the alleged physical abuse.

In the Protection From Abuse order exclusively obtained by The Sun, Lauren claimed Javi came to her home on Tuesday, July 20th to pick up their son for a custody exchange.

She claimed in the Delaware court papers filed on July 21: “When he arrived the door was locked. I went to the door and told him to wait at the door while I got [our son] new clothes. He asked, ‘Seriously?’ And I repeated myself to wait at the door.

“I came downstairs and he was in my living room and would not leave. I asked him to leave and get out of my house and he wouldn’t.”

The Arbonne sales rep continued: “This is not the first time he has refused to leave my home when showing up or coming in unwelcomed and uninvited. I feel threatened in my own home.”

Lauren claimed Javi owns a “small handgun.”

She requested the court prohibit him from “committing any act of abuse against Petitioner,” to stay away from her, her home and from contacting her.

Lauren also requested temporary custody for Eli.

On August 5, Lauren dismissed the protection from abuse order, claiming the exes “came to an agreement” on their own.

Javi declined comment to The Sun’s request.

As The Sun previously reported, Javi called the cops on Lauren after an altercation at her Delaware home from the same incident she described in her restraining order.

According to a Public Information Officer, officers responded to the call for a domestic-related matter. This matter is still under investigation.  No arrests have been made.”

A source confirmed to The Sun that Javi was the alleged victim during the incident.

The source alleged that Lauren “hit Javi in the face and kicked him multiple times.”

In an exclusive statement to The Sun, Lauren claimed: “He made a false accusation and called the police hours after he left my home.

”He came to my home to pick up our son, entered my home after I asked him to not enter my home repeatedly.

“The police issued an investigation, they talked to witnesses and no charges were filed.”

Police confirmed the investigation remained ongoing at the time.

The Sun was informed by a Public Information Officer from the Dover Police Department that the investigation had been closed and no charges were filed.

The statement read: “There will be no criminal charges filed against either party at this time.

“After an extensive investigation that included different accounts by those involved, statements from an independent witness, evidence obtained by investigating officers, both parties expressing they wanted no police involvement, and consultation with the Delaware Office of the Attorney General, it was determined that no arrests would be made.”

In June, Javi filed a Protection From Abuse order against Lauren and requested temporary custody before he dropped the order one day later.

Javi claimed in the Delaware court papers: “Respondent assaulted me in front of our children, I worry she will come to my house and assault me again and/or try to take our son.

“She has assaulted me on multiple occasions and due to my career I want to protect my job and kids.”

Javi continued to claim of the alleged altercation: “Verbal argument she closed fist punched me several times. She snatched my gold chain off my neck. Our 2 year old son was present and witnessed.”

Javi, who shares 50/50 custody with Lauren, also filed for temporary custody of Eli.

Lauren was asked to stay away from Javi, his home, and his work place.

A temporary order of protection from abuse was granted, as the court “finds by a preponderance of the evidence that the Respondent has committed an act of domestic violence against the petitioner and further finds that there is an immediate and present danger of additional acts of violence.”

Then on June 22, Javi filed to voluntarily dismiss the petition.

He explained: “I no longer feel threatened by my son’s mother. I believe we can handle any altercation that arises.”

After the July incident, Kailyn Lowry took her ex-husband’s side and slammed Lauren in an Instagram live video for allegedly assaulting him.

Kailyn, who shares son Lincoln, 7, with Javi, fired: “You don’t get to attack my ex-husband in front of your son and I know that that was true because my husband would never, ever, ever, ever lie about you beating him in front of his son.”

The Teen Mom 2 star continued: “We’re not going to pretend like you didn’t call me a ‘fat f**k’ and a ‘fat piece of s**t’ last night or whatever night I called you to call you out on your s**t.

“So yes, I did call you a ‘c**t’ but your resentment does not give you the right to beat people and talk s**t about me when I put myself into therapy.

“I’m so disappointed in how you’re handling this and pulling the victim card. I know people are going to be coming at me for this but I will not allow this.”

Kailyn, 29, then revealed the cause of the alleged altercation: “The whole thing from what I understand is Lauren knew I was going to Wyoming to visit a friend. Javi asked if he could come I said sure, it’s not just me going it’s a whole group of us and the kids are coming.

“And she got really upset that Javi asked for Eli and as soon as he asked for Eli, this is what I’m told, I know for a fact because I was sent pictures that she punched him in the face several times and kicked him when he was down. So we’re not going to pretend like that just didn’t happen.”

Javi joined the live and said: “She has all these people fooled. I hope people see who she really is. It’s all a front. It is what it is. I heard your story. Exactly what you said is exactly what happened. If the roles were reversed, she would’ve left me to hang dry in a second.”

But Kail and Javi seem to be feuding today, as he slammed her for bashing Lauren on Instagram earlier this month.

Javi, who was engaged to Lauren, was caught cheating on her in their home in August 2019.

After a split lasting several weeks, the couple came to an agreement.

But then in October 2020, Kailyn revealed on an episode of Teen Mom 2 that was filmed in late 2019 that he “tried to f**k” her “in the Wawa parking lot” while Lauren was home with their son.
