LUDHIANA – On Saturday, Kuldeep Sing Dhaliwal, Punjab cabinet Minister, stated that the Bhagwant Mann-led government would soon compile a database with NRIs for the Punjab government to contact them for support for projects in their homes.
Saturday’s visit of the minister to Gujjarwal, village Gujjarwal, was to kick-start the upgradation work at the government dispensary.
He was also accompanied in this trip by Jeevan Singh Sangowal and Manwinder Singh Giaspura MLAs, Hardeep Singh Mudian, Labh Singh Ugoke and senior AAP leader Dr KNS Kag, ADC Rural Development (Amit Kumar Panchal), SP (H) Pirthipal Singh, SDM Jagdeep Sehgal, and many others.
He also announced a grant for Rs 5 lakh to upgrade this government dispensary. He also directed the BDPO for an estimate for cleaning village ponds.
