Arkansas Medical Marijuana Commission approved the move of a medical marijuana dispensary.
EUREKA SPRINGS Ark. —
The Arkansas Medical Marijuana Commission voted in favor of moving a medical marijuana dispensary from Arkansas to Eureka Springs.
Scott Hardin, Department of Finance and Administration, said that Osage Creek Dispensary will move from Fayetteville and Eureka Springs.
It will be the first Eureka Springs medical marijuana dispensary.
Purspirit Cannabis will also be in Fayetteville and will move down the street to the former Osage Creek address at 3970 Martin Luther King Blvd.
According to the DFA, there are 38 licensed dispensaries in Arkansas, eight licensed cultivators, and four licensed processors.
