Argentine National Team Could Ask Inter To Release Lautaro Martinez & Joaquin Correa Before Serie A Clash With Atalanta, Argentine Media Report

Inter could be asked by Argentine National Team to release forwards Lautaro Martnez and Joaquin Correa sooner than expected, possibly in order to miss out on the pair for Atalanta’s Serie A clash.

This according to Argentine news outlet, via FCInterNewsAccording to a report by, the Albiceleste may ask for more time to prepare with their squad and that if they leave for international duty, they will miss the last Serie A match.

Martinez and Correa are both expected to be part of Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni’s squad for the World Cup in November, and the coach is hoping that he can have some extra time with his players before the tournament starts.

Scaloni and the Argentine FA might ask clubs to allow their players to go on international duty before the matches of the weekend of November 11-14.
